• Account Information: When you sign up via Supabase Auth (email or Google OAuth), we collect your email address and profile identifiers.
• Payment Data: Payment details (UPI, credit/debit cards, billing addresses) are processed directly and securely by Dodo Payments acting as Merchant of Record. We do not store or process your full payment details on our servers.
• Service Configuration: Keywords, targeted subreddits, alert destinations (email addresses and Discord webhook URLs) that you configure.
• Public Social Content: Public Reddit posts matching your keywords are retrieved and processed solely to score intent and generate alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our social listening and intent analysis services.
• Process payments and manage billing accounts via Dodo Payments.
• Send real-time alerts and lead notifications to your designated channels.
• Classify commercial intent with Google Gemini AI models.
• Monitor, detect, and prevent fraudulent or abusive usage.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share necessary data with trusted third-party sub-processors:

• Supabase: Database hosting, user authentication, and row-level security.
• Dodo Payments: Payment processing, Merchant of Record (MoR), and billing management.
• Google Cloud / Gemini AI: AI-powered purchase intent analysis and suggested reply generation.
• Resend: Transactional email alert delivery.
• Inngest: Background task orchestration, rate-limiting, and cron scheduling.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account, keyword monitors, and alert channels directly from the dashboard or by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies at the database layer, and restricted API access using service role secrets.
