1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MentionRadar (“Service”), operated by MentionRadar (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MentionRadar provides automated social monitoring, purchase intent classification powered by Google Gemini AI, and lead notifications for online communities, including Reddit. Users track keywords and receive automated alerts based on selected subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Starter” at ₹1,499/month, “Pro” at ₹3,499/month). Billing occurs in advance on a recurring monthly cycle processed via Dodo Payments acting as Merchant of Record.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Unless required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Plan Changes: Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, with billing handled through Dodo Payments.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MentionRadar to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotional comments, or harassment on third-party platforms.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limit protections.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

6. Third-Party Platforms

MentionRadar interacts with third-party platforms (including Reddit, Discord, and Resend). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit Inc. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MentionRadar, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
